We ship our clinical and home series automatic beds to all major cities, towns, and union territories across India. If your address is in an exceptionally remote area, please contact our helpline to confirm logistics feasibility before completing checkout.
Once dispatched, our specialized cargo transport partners (such as TCI XPS, Safexpress, or Blue Dart Heavy Cargo) deliver the product to your door. Transit times typically vary between 5 to 7 business days depending on your region. The maximum time for delivery to any location in India is 14 business days from the date of dispatch.
Because our automated beds contain delicate medical sensors, electronic components, and heavy-duty actuators, self-assembly is not recommended. We provide **Free White-Glove Installation** with every bed. Our certified service technicians will visit your home or clinic within 24 to 48 hours of delivery to assemble the bed, run safety calibrations, and demonstrate the controls.
Upon dispatch, a unique Tracking ID is generated. This ID will be updated on your customer dashboard under "My Orders" and sent to your registered email address so you can monitor dispatch status in real-time.
