1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("customer", "you") and Dr. Sahni's Spine Care Clinic & Medical Technology ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the drsahni.com website as well as any other media form, website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The automated beds and medical therapy products offered on this website are designed for physiotherapeutic rehabilitation and spine health improvement. While these products are developed by certified clinicians, they are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or personalized clinical consultation. Please consult a qualified physician before using these products if you have severe spinal injuries, active implants, or other medical contraindications.

3. Purchase and Payment Terms

We offer customers the option to purchase our automated beds under two payment structures:

• Full Payment: Pay 100% of the product cost during checkout to initiate immediate dispatch.
• 20% Advance Booking: Pay an advance booking amount of 20% of the product price at checkout via Razorpay to confirm your manufacturing slot and reserve the bed. The remaining balance of 80% is due upon dispatch from our warehouse or at the time of delivery/installation, as agreed upon.

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via the Razorpay gateway.

4. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Orders booked under the 20% advance booking option may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of the transaction. For detailed information regarding eligible returns, product defects, and refund processing timelines, please review our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, our products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
